Please read all conditions before requesting
Process and Delivery
- The start of the commission will be notified. Thus revoking any refund abilities.- All revisions may be requested at the sketch phase. Only minor revisions will be permitted during the finalizing progress(lineart, coloring, rendering). Any revisions deemed as major or requested after the final product will be charged a fee.- Expect your commission to be finished between 1 week ~ 3 months. The time taken will vary due to the complexity of the piece or personal reasons such as school. If you are requesting a rush order, inform me beforehand.- I will send all updates regularly during the process. In the case that there is an unexpected issue which delays your commission, you will be notified.- When the piece is completed, you will receive the full resolution image through email or other platforms.____________
How to Commission?
- Request an order through the commission form.- Upon request, please provide
image references or detailed
descriptions of your commission(s).- Payment methods accepted: Kofi or Paypal(preferred), GCash, Wechat Pay(mainland)- Preferred currency is USD$. All other currencies must be converted with my given exchange rate.- Commissions should be paid 100% upfront. If the payment is above 100$, please pay 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.- Payment plans are selectively available, please contact me about the specific accord before proceeding.- All transaction fees must be handled by the commissioner.____________
Terms & Conditions
I may refuse any commission regardless of validity.The finished work is at my freedom to post and reuse as samples for future references unless notified otherwise by the commissioner.The finished commission will not be used further for any profitable purposes on my end.The commissioner is allowed to upload the commissioned artwork to any website and/or social channels of their choice.The commissioner may NOT use a finished piece for marketing/profit. All works are subjected to PERSONAL use.The commissioner must provide all credits upon the artwork when posted. There will be a watermark on all commissioned pieces which will not disturb any of the finished product.Altering any parts of the work without permission is PROHIBITED and a violation to this set of conditions.If any rule above for the commissioner end is broken, you will be blacklisted from any future commission and appropriate procedures will be taken from my end as a result.____________
Refund Policy
- The commissioner is not allowed to refund after the start of a commission.- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.- If a commission is canceled before it is started, you will receive a full refund.
